Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to any paid subscription plan, one-time purchase, or credit top-up offered by Tenderspot ("Paid Service"). It does not apply to the free tier, which you may discontinue at any time without any financial obligation.

During the current public beta period, Tenderspot does not charge users. No credit card is required to create an account or access any feature. You will be given advance notice by email before any paid plan is introduced, and you will not be charged unless you affirmatively choose to subscribe.

When paid plans are launched, the following terms will apply:

Monthly subscriptions. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.

Annual subscriptions. If you cancel an annual subscription within 7 days of the initial charge date and have not used any premium feature during that period, you are entitled to a full refund. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the annual billing period.

Upgrade / downgrade. If you upgrade from a monthly to an annual plan mid-cycle, the unused portion of your monthly plan will be credited as a pro-rata deduction from the annual charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

We will consider refund requests outside the above windows in exceptional circumstances, including:

• A technical fault on our side that prevented access to a paid feature for a substantial portion of your billing period (more than 72 consecutive hours).
• Duplicate charges caused by a payment processing error.
• Charges made after a cancellation request was submitted and acknowledged by us.

To request a discretionary refund, email support@tenderspot.in within 14 days of the charge with your registered email address, the charge date, and a brief description of the issue. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Subscriptions cancelled after the applicable refund window.
• Charges for periods during which you used the Platform but decided it did not meet your expectations — we encourage you to evaluate during the free beta before subscribing.
• Any fee charged by your bank, payment gateway, or card issuer.

Tenderspot does not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in winning any government tender, and dissatisfaction with tender match quality or AI output does not constitute grounds for a refund.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@tenderspot.in. Cancellation stops future billing but does not delete your account or data. If you wish to delete your account and data, submit a separate account deletion request.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@tenderspot.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most billing issues can be resolved faster through direct contact.

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account pending resolution.

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes relating to refunds will be resolved in accordance with Section 13 of our Terms of Use.
